Breanna started Crux with a simple but ambitious goal: to build an orthotic lab that actually solves the problems clinicians face—not just patch them. After more than a decade working behind the scenes in orthotic manufacturing, operations, and various clinic roles, she knew there had to be a better way. One that values quality, respects clinical intent, and makes life easier for the people doing the work.
At Crux, Breanna leads operations, product development, and clinician support—but she’s also hands-on wherever she’s needed, whether that means troubleshooting a complex case, improving workflows, or making sure an urgent order gets out the door on time
She’s passionate about creating systems that work, relationships that last, and orthotics that clinicians can stand behind. Outside the lab, you’ll probably find her playing sports, hiking in the Rockies, or planning her next travel adventure—with the same energy and curiosity she brings to everything at Crux.
